HERITAGE SEMI DRY

Our HERITAGE SEMI DRY is lightly sparkling and perfect for a warm summer evening. A delicious blend of apples including such exotics as Baldwin and Cox Orange Pippin, it offers a touch of sweetness that draws out the fresh fruit flavours. HERITAGE DRY

Our HERITAGE DRY is a lightly sparkling, traditional cider with a distinctive Nova Scotia style. Golden Russet, Northern Spy and other heritage apples express their unique Annapolis Valley character. PREMIUM DRAUGHT

The superb Golden Russet is the foundation of our PREMIUM DRAUGHT. Sometimes we blend in other apples, so each batch is unique. This is a traditional strong cider. It isn’t watered down to lower alcohol and compromise flavour. Sparkles like champagne. Not too dry, not too sweet. Crisp and refreshing. Enjoy on its own or with your favourite pub fare.

SPARKLING PEAR CIDER

A blend of early and late-autumn pears, with heirloom apples added for character. Delicate flavours of pear linger like the memory of a warm summer evening with friends and family. SPARKLING PEACH CIDER

This seasonal special is pure peaches straight from our orchards. A flavour sensation that brims with floral peach aromas and stone-fruit essence. This is the real thing, not a fruit wine dosed with artificial flavours. Taste the difference on its own, or paired with BBQ and south Asian cuisine.

SPARKLING RASPBERRY CIDER

OLDE PORT OF HALIFAX

A November 2013 Release!  Tideview’s OLDE PORT of HALIFAX is an aperitif-style strong cider redolent of port wines, ships and the sea,  aged in oak casks for over four years.  Mellow, not too sweet, delicious – a perfect toast to the great harbour and its maritime traditions. Excellent with strong cheeses. Very limited. Only 2600 bottles. Innovative Product of the Year 2014, The Prestige Awards, Taste of Nova Scotia.
